✦ where is this shop based?
all orders are shipped from the united states.
✦ how do i manage my subscription?
click the person icon next to the cart, log into your account and you can manage it there! alternatively, you should also have a link in your email to go to the customer portal when subscribing too
✦ when will my order be shipped?
orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. *twirlimail ships in the first week of the next month, so if you subscribed in may it'll be shipped in the beginning of june!
orders including BOTH twirlimail and other products will be shipped together when twirlimail is sent out the next month.
orders are currently shipped as first class mail via USPS (stamped, untracked, uninsured). please refer to USPS INTL Mail Service Suspension list to make sure i am able to ship to you.

please allow 3-10 days for delivery within the usa and between 2-6 weeks for international orders.
✦ refunds, returns, exchange policy
all sales are final.
refunds are issued if an order has not been shipped out.
if your order is incorrect upon arrival, please notify me via the contact page to rectify the issue.
